Frozen Summit Grand

Frozen Summit Grand is a high-grade version of Frozen Summit, crafted by the same family and representing some of their best work. At the tearoom, this tea is lovingly referred to as Frozen Summit Fancy as a homage to the old way of rating teas.

The head of the family, Mr. Lin, insists that their tea be brewed in a clay pot, preferably a Yixing, to deepen the aroma.

Each note in this tea is elevated compared to the standard grade. The toasted grain nuttiness and woodsiness are complemented by more intricate aromas of hazelnuts, camphor, and cedar wood.
